There are times when just a single moment could determine the path life takes for years to come. When those moments happened for me, sometimes a person with wisdom was at hand, but many times, at very crucial times, I felt like I was fending for myself. I deeply yearned for happiness and success, but I struggled to find a consistent source for my growth and accountability. It seemed I was always chasing moving targets and shifting expectations. Eventually, I had to stop the insanity, and I changed my entire approach to life. I became my own Mentor! Through the motivation of painful frustration and being sick-and-tired of being sick-and-tired, I took the first steps to a new way of living. A recovery program, educational resources, positive routines and activities, and like-minded peer support became the early components of my path to freedom. Eventually, after daily persistence and consistency, I have been able to share my story with others looking for a new way! Join me now, so you may enjoy the new life you have envisioned for yourself!
